When
you have filled in the application form, leaving no fields
blank, click the “Submit” button.
If
your application has been completed correctly, you will
be taken to a page like the one
on the right.
Please
make a note of the application number on the last line in
case you need to contact us regarding your application.
If
you have not heard from us or received an email with your
voucher attached within 5 working days, please contact our office on 9398 6333 and quote the application number
you noted above.

If the screen looks like this:
Your application HAS
BEEN submitted

However
If
after clicking the "Submit" button your page looks
like the one on the right, your application form has NOT
been submitted. This will probably be because you have left
information out of one or more fields.
Scroll
down the page until you see a message in red which should
tell you which fields you need to complete.
Click
"Submit" again and look for the page above.
