The Small Business Centre South East Metro also offers affordable office space for local businesses. Officially opened in February 2005, this is one of Australia's newest business development centres and is designed for individuals looking to start a business, relocating their business into the local area, or who may have outgrown their home-based office.

The Centre offers a range of air-conditioned office suites ranging in size from 10m² to 59m², with units starting at $70.50 / week. Licensees have 24-hour, 7-day access to their units, there is the option of reserved underground parking for business owners and the Centre is highly visible from Albany Highway.

Aside from the flexible accommodation terms, the Centre offers Licensees access to shared administrative facilities, conference rooms, on-site training options, kitchen facilities, and regular opportunities to develop relationships and network with other small business owners.
