Bookings will not be confirmed until registration has been paid in full.

Where circumstances prevent a registrant from attending a workshop and notice has been given at least 5 working days prior to the commencement of the workshop, a full refund will be issued.

If the cancellation is made between 2 and 5 working days prior to the commencement of the workshop, a refund of the full fees less 20% administration fee will be issued.

If the cancellation is made less than 2 working days prior to the commencement of the workshop, no refund will be given.

If we are forced to cancel a workshop for any reason, registration fees will be refunded in full. Refunds can be taken as a direct deposit into the registrant's nominated bank account, or as a credit for future courses.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the cancellation.
